End Of the Weak RE:Cap June 14th by Angel'a Thomas

It's not acting like summer outside, but at least the DUB is hot!!! DJ Snips from EOW UK warmed the night up with many new joints that had everyone amped up. The stage was begging someone to get busy and as Snips cut it up ZOO, Pro, and Jess warmed the mics up.

This was looking like a different evening and then the ladies of A.S.K. took over. Sara kana bodied a sixteen and the night began extra tough! The ladies went back and forth, did our single, and passed the torch to Kalil Kash who popped off with his new joint “Bang”.

Getting the crowd extra hype, Really Tight Productions Facts Medina and B-Haze had mad energy. Moving on through the night Marco let it be know that tonight was about ladies so he did “Girl” for us..Good lookin Marco:) Next up Mirak & Songlist “Wrote a song about it”! Nice single guys!!!

That brings us to our first showcase for the evening straight out of Buffalo NY, Soul Bodega!! Can you hear the Salsa playing when I say that?? I don't know, but their sound was definitely soulful to say the least. The percussion was crazy, they had the guitar player for a few joints, and their flow was dope. If you could combine Salsa drums, with reggeton flows in english, with hip hop you would describe them. They definitely are making their own sound and it went over well with the crowd.

More highlights of the evening Scienze always kills it, LMNOP is an Alcoholic and we love it, and Desperado Soul had a cow bell he was playing all night. (You had to be there!)

Next showcase, EOW aficionado, Pack FM brought out his boy Hydra and they murdered a quick set. The crowd was  really wanting more and will definitely be looking for these guys in the future. Shouts to Pack for really bringing the night up a notch and late born day shouts. Even better was having Poison Pen as his camera guy, so you know we had to make him do something! Wow, what a night!

Wait, there's still more! Last but definitely not least Niles had a show to do. We have seen him win an MC challenge but never have we seen him in his element. The crowd got a real deal when they paid to come in! Niles was so engaging even with out a hype man or anyone on stage with him. He had catchy hooks and a great flow that really commanded the crowd's attention. Shouts to Final Outlaw rockin a new single with Niles. Dope! Another great job!

Moving on O.I.S.D  came to do their song but the cd wasn't working and they bodied a cypher! They showed the way to overcome any obstacles with ease. Then straight out of Rhode Island came A.L.E who did a group joint and really put their home on the map.

How quick 1am came and we were still going! Finally we had a goodnight cypher with a beat boxerrrrr, 2 turn tables, a dj, ton of mc's including Novelist, Xtra, Vice, Jess, Sarakana, and more.....PEACE!!!
